Alright y’all, first off welcome!
If you’ve chosen to come and read my blog then awesome! If you just stumbled across it? Well either way y’all are in for a heck of a ride. Like the title of this blog post says it’s an extroverted introvert’s introduction. I’m a pretty outgoing guy, in a crowd of people I’d be the one cracking sarcastic jokes or making sure others are smiling.
But you’re an introvert? Well, yes. Like so many of us I have this way of having a good time and making people smile. The other side of that coin however is that I’m also an introvert and like my alone time because Lord knows nobody else could possibly understand what I’ve been through or am going through.
Now if you’ve read this far I’d like to do y’all the courtesy of letting you know what this blog is all about. To be quite honest I feel like that song by Dierks Bentley called Burning man sums up my life pretty good. Seems to me that as a Christian we have a tendency to think we’ve got things handled. Which is typically what happens right before our whole world seems to catch fire.
God’s the real firefighter in my life and He’s been the one to end up hosing off the burning parts of my life. Fire is also purifying and ends up removing impurities from our lives.
So some things you can expect to see in this blog are as follows. Poetry I’ve written whilst going through different things in my life. Memes because everyone loves a lil’ humor. I’ll probably also link my Instagram or Xbox gamertag here so I can take y’all on adventures with me and you can game with me. I love new people, and new adventures are always fun.
I’ll also be discussing my own thoughts about scripture as it pertains to my life. Now I want to put a disclaimer here that I am by no means any religious scholar. All I have are my own observations about life through my own camera lens. My thoughts are not meant to offend, though some will be interpreted that way in all likelihood.
